A teenage boy who lost both of his arms at the shoulder by electrocution at age nine. He does have Medicaid Insurance, however prosthetic coverage is limited.

A wife must have surgery to remove her arm due to vascular disease. She recently learned prosthetics and prosthetic rehabilitation is excluded from her insurance coverage. She and her husband will have to pay all hospital bills for the amputation and cannot afford the out-of-pocket expense for prosthetic rehabilitation.

A father developed an infection causing him to lose his right hand and part of his left hand. He’s a father in his 30’s without health insurance.
